In order to make your experience as enjoyable as possible while also ensuring that we maintain a secure and respectful environment, please take note of the following rules and guidelines: Please Read the Entire Listing and House Rules **Guest Pre-Registration** All guests must be registered by providing full names and birth month/year in the message thread. **Communication** We facilitate communication on and off the platform (email, text, phone). Booking guests are required to provide a valid email address and mobile number. Off-platform communication will occur only after booking is confirmed. **Identification** Guests may be asked to provide valid identification at check-in. **Rental Agreement** A formal rental agreement may be required before or upon arrival. **Occupancy & Visitors** Maximum occupancy: 2 guests (of all ages). No unregistered or unapproved visitors are allowed. **Pets** Strict no-pet policy. **Vehicles** Parking is provided for one vehicle only. All vehicles must be registered. RVs, trailers, campers, or camping of any kind require prior authorization. **Lake Access** Lakeside access is by appointment only and located in front of the owner’s unit. The lakeside and back of the property are otherwise off-limits. **Neighbor Relations** Quiet hours: 8 PM – 8 AM. Be respectful of neighbors at all times. Trespassing on neighboring properties or private roads is prohibited. **Events & Parties** Parties, gatherings, or events are not permitted. **Fire Safety** No fires or fireworks without prior authorization. Smoking Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the unit or anywhere on the property. **Consumables and Supplies** We provide most of what you need like soap, detergent, cleaners and paper products coffee to get started guests are responsible for replenishing these items as needed. **Children** Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when outside. **Check-Out & Cleaning** Follow all check-out and cleaning procedures outlined in the guidebook/PDF provided. **Property Care** Review and follow the property care rules outlined in the PDF and guidebook. By proceeding with your booking and check-in, you acknowledge that you and your guests agree to comply with these rules. Failure to comply may result in early termination of your stay and forfeiture of prepaid rents and fees.

You’ll have private access to your studio guest house, including a separate entrance and your own garden courtyard, creating a quiet and comfortable space to settle in and unwind. Inside, the entire studio is yours to enjoy, including the sleeping area, lounge space, kitchenette, spa-style bathroom, and in-unit laundry. The layout is designed to feel both open and cozy, with everything you need for a restful stay. The guest house shares one wall with the main home but remains fully independent, offering both privacy and a sense of retreat. You’ll have one designated parking space on the property for easy access. While the home sits along Angle Lake, lakeside access is limited to scheduled hours by appointment, as it is located in front of the main cottage. Dock use is not permitted. You may notice other areas of the property, including the main home or surrounding grounds, that are not part of the guest space. These are reserved for owners and property use. Access details and check-in instructions will be shared prior to your arrival so everything feels smooth and easy from the start.
