We are situated in a fire-prone area. And the fire pit may be locked off season. And you will not be able to have a fire. **Smoking:** - Absolutely no smoking, including vaping, is permitted inside, in the garage or under the porch. **Children:** - Must be accompanied by an adult at all times when outside. **Check-out and Cleaning:** - Adhere to the check-out and cleaning procedures as outlined. **Property Care:** - Please consult the rules and process included in the PDF and guidebook provided. By proceeding with your booking and check-in, you acknowledge that you and your guests agree to comply with these rules.
