Booking guests must also share a valid email address and mobile phone number. COMMUNICATION AND TRANSPARENCY We communicate both on and off the Airbnb platform (including by text, phone, or email). After booking is confirmed, we may reach out off-platform as needed. We expect all guests to communicate promptly and transparently before and during the stay. IDENTIFICATION AND RENTAL AGREEMENT You and your guests may be asked to provide identification. A rental agreement may be required, depending on the length of stay. OCCUPANCY AND VISITORS Only guests included in the reservation are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors or overnight guests. PETS AND SERVICE ANIMALS – HOUSE GUIDELINES We consider pets on a case-by-case basis with additional fees. All pets must be disclosed and approved in advance. SERVICE ANIMALS We respect and accommodate service animals. While disclosure is not required, we appreciate advance notice so we can prepare the space accordingly. Use the vent fan when cooking. No cooking or preparing crab inside the house. SMOKING Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home. CHILDREN Children must be supervised at all times and may not be left unattended. PROPERTY CARE Review the PDF guidebook provided.
