To ensure a pleasant experience for both parties and to minimize the risks associated with home sharing, we have established certain guidelines and procedures. These measures also help us stay compliant with State, County, City, HOA, and community regulations, safeguarding our right to continue renting our property. Before proceeding, please read the full listing and review the following rules to ensure we are a good fit: GUEST REGISTRATION Provide the full name and birth month/year of each guest in the message thread. Booking guests must also share a valid email address and mobile phone number. COMMUNICATION AND TRANSPARENCY We communicate both on and off the Airbnb platform (including by text, phone, or email). After booking is confirmed, we may reach out off-platform as needed. We expect all guests to communicate promptly and transparently before and during the stay. IDENTIFICATION AND RENTAL AGREEMENT You and your guests may be asked to provide identification. A rental agreement may be required, depending on the length of stay. OCCUPANCY AND VISITORS Only guests included in the reservation are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors or overnight guests. PETS AND SERVICE ANIMALS – HOUSE GUIDELINES We consider pets on a case-by-case basis with additional fees. All pets must be disclosed and approved in advance. SERVICE ANIMALS We respect and accommodate service animals. While disclosure is not required, we appreciate advance notice so we can prepare the space accordingly. After booking, we may ask: Is the animal required because of a disability? What work or task has the animal been trained to perform? ANIMAL BEHAVIOR EXPECTATIONS Keep animals off furniture and beds Animals must be groomed and flea-treated Nails should be trimmed No unattended animals unless safely crated and quiet No excessive barking or disruption Clean up after your animal indoors and outdoors CLEANING AND DAMAGE POLICY We do not charge for service animals. However, excessive cleaning, odor, or damage caused by any animal may result in additional cleaning or repair fees. VEHICLES All vehicles must be registered. RVs, trailers, campers, or tents are not allowed without prior written approval. NEIGHBOR RELATIONS Quiet hours are 9 PM to 8 AM. Be respectful to neighbors at all times. EVENTS AND PARTIES No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted without prior approval. FIRE SAFETY No open flames, fires, or fireworks are allowed. Do not light decorative candles. Use the vent fan when cooking. No cooking or preparing crab inside the house. SMOKING Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home. CHILDREN Children must be supervised at all times and may not be left unattended. PROPERTY CARE Review the PDF guidebook provided. No food or beverages in non-eating areas, including the sofa Use hot pads and coasters on all surfaces Try to keep shoes off inside Do not access locked closets or cabinets Do not remove towels or bedding from the home Report any broken or missing items so we can address them promptly CHECK-OUT AND CLEANING Follow check-out and cleaning instructions provided in the guide Leave the property as you found it Excessive cleaning will be charged at $70/hour with a 1-hour minimum Excessive cleaning includes anything beyond standard turnover such as heavy stains, pet hair, odors, unwashed dishes, or misuse of furnishings FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT By booking, you and your guests confirm that you have read the full listing and house rules, agree that the property is a good fit, and agree to follow all stated policies. Proceeding with the booking is full acceptance of these terms.

Guests have full access to the entire home, as well as the backyard and patio areas. The garage is available for laundry use please message us to request the access code if you’d like to use the washer and dryer during your stay. We kindly ask that you do not disturb any stored personal items in the garage, and that you avoid the shed and boat stored on the property, as these are not part of the guest space.
