Tucked into the Glaciers Mt Baker Rim community, this cozy three bedroom home with an open sleeping loft invites snowy mornings, slow afternoons, and evenings by the fire. After skiing Mt Baker or walking to Chair 9, soak in the private hot tub, dry your gear, and gather in the open living space surrounded by evergreens and quiet winter air.

Hemlock Lodge sleeps up to 8 people; This home offers all the modern comforts but with a rustic camp feel. Featuring 3 bedrooms (including open sleeping loft), and 2 bathrooms (one shower/bath and one claw foot tub). The main floors open concept kitchen, dining & living areas keep the gathering intimate. The living room offers a cozy sofa, propane fireplace, and smart TV. The dining nook with bench and bar seating seats 8. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the back yard and opens to the back porch outdoor dining area and private 6-person hot tub. Perfect for lounging in the fresh mountain air. Our lodge offers all the comforts including, plush beds and soft bedding, Games, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Netflix, HBOGO and DVD player, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and mud/drying room for your gear Hemlock Lodge Sleeping configuration. • “Hemlock Room” Main floor Private Bedroom with Bunkbeds Queen and Twin (sleeps 3) • “Sherman Peak Room" Second-floor Private Bedroom with King Bed (sleeps 2) • “Blue Skye Sleeping Loft” Second-floor Bedroom with Queen Bed & Twin Bed (sleeps 3) The grounds- Small quaint lot with sunny open areas and lush shaded areas. It’s the kind of place where mornings start slow and evenings end by the fire. Please note: -The home is located in a residential mountain community. We kindly ask guests to be respectful of neighbors and avoid wandering onto nearby private properties. -Community amenities such as the clubhouse and pool are reserved for residents only and are not available for guest use. -There are a few locked closets and outbuildings on the property that are not part of the guest space. -Parking is available for up to four vehicles in the driveway. You will be asked to provide the number of vehicles, along with make and model, prior to arrival. -A property map will be shared with you to clearly outline guest access areas and boundaries. -From time to time, you may see maintenance providers on the property, including landscapers or hot tub service. They will come and go without disturbing your stay. Mountain stays come with a few added considerations, especially in winter: -Roads can be snowy or icy, so appropriate vehicles and preparation are recommended during colder months. -Cell service can be limited in some areas, though WiFi is available at the home. -Wildlife is part of the experience here, please be mindful with food and outdoor items. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll ask for a valid email address, phone number, and vehicle details to help ensure a smooth arrival. We have created rules and established a system to help us and or potential guest determine if our rental is a good fit for them. This helps us eliminate some of the inherent risks of home sharing. And to protect our rights to continue to rent by making sure that we are keep compliant with any State, County, City, HOA and Community short term rental regulations. Please read the entire listing and the rules below- Register each guest by providing us with their full names and birth month and year in the message thread. Booking guest will need to provide a good email address and mobile phone number. We expect our guests are communitive and transparent. Please be aware you and your guest maybe required to provide identification. Please be aware that you may be required to enter into a rental agreement. and or be required to acknowledge receipt of HOA rules. No additional and unapproved guests or visitors' Property occupancy can’t exceed 8 We love our four-legged friends and can accommodate dogs on case-by-case basis please ask about approval. (Dogs must be leashed at all times while outside, no dogs in beds, sofas or upstairs, please use dog gate. Guests is responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. Any evidence of dogs upstairs will result carpet cleaning. All vehicles must be registered. No RV's tailors, camper or camping without prior authorization. Be courteous to neighbors when outside please observe quiet hours between 8pm-8am No trespassing on neighboring properties No unauthorized parties, gatherings or events. No fires without prior authorization (we are in a very fire prone area). Absolutely No smoking anything inside or under the porch including vape. No fireworks ever (we are in a very fire prone area). The property - The whole house and yard. There are a couple of locked closets and outbuildings that are not included for use. There is parking for up to 4 vehicles on property in the driveway. You will be asked to provide the number of vehicles you need parking for and make and model. We will provide you with a map that shows you our property boundaries and guest access areas. The community – Our community features a clubhouse and pool area that are exclusively for resident use, in accordance with our Homeowners Association guidelines. While guests are not permitted in these areas, you're welcome to enjoy a leisurely walk around our scenic neighborhood. Kindly respect our neighbors by not venturing onto their private property.
