Accessibility

Neighborhood

Less than five miles from downtown Levenworth. The best way to describe the neighborhood is rural not secluded. The lots are large which allow for some privacy but you can also see some of the neighbors. It’s a quiet location with the exception of the road noise, the occasional train and the neighbors livestock. Being in a valley noise travels so being aware of your noise level while outside is important. The small road that runs parallel to our property to the south is a private road that is for the sole use of the occupied neighboring lots. Our neighbors who are full time residents, value their privacy. With the neighboring lots and mountain being privately owned and Chumstick hwy being the only public road in the area. This location is not a hiking, walking or bike friendly (accept for very experienced long distance bikers, which are a common sight along Chumstick).

Guest Access

You will have access to the entire house and yard, except for a few locked closets and outbuildings. Ample parking is available in the driveway. Please let us know the number and make/model of your vehicles so we can accommodate your parking needs. We will provide you with a map showing our property boundaries and guest access areas. Glacier Lily Road, the dirt road running east and west along our property line, is a private drive for our neighbors only. Guests are not permitted to use this road for driving or walking. Although we don’t have livestock on our property, you may occasionally hear or see cows in the distance. Please respect our neighbors' privacy and refrain from visiting their land.
