We have created rules and established a system to help us and or potential guest determine if our rental is a good fit for them. This helps us eliminate some of the inherent risks of home sharing. And to protect our rights to continue to rent by making sure that we are keep compliant with any State, County, City, HOA and Community short term rental regulations. Please read the entire listing and the rules below- Register each guest by providing us with their full names and birth month and year in the message thread. Booking guest will need to provide a good email address and mobile phone number. We expect our guests are communitive and transparent. Please be aware you and your guest maybe required to provide identification. Please be aware that you may be required to enter into a rental agreement. No additional and unapproved guests or visitors' Absolutely no unapproved parties or gatherings. No unapproved dogs or pets even if they are just visiting. All vehicles must be registered. No RV's tailors, camper or camping without prior authorization. With a limit of two cars. Be courteous to neighbors when outside please observe quiet hours between 8pm-8am DO NOT light our decorative candles no candles permitted unless during power outage we have provided emergency candles. Please respect our home and furnishing care for it as you would your own or better. No Food on the Sofa. Use hot pads and coasters. Please try to keep your shoes off inside the home as much as possible. Do NOT access any out locked cabinets or closets Use vent fan when cooking Don't take towels or bedding off site No fireworks ever. No Food or Beverages outside of the designated eating area dining room and kitchen. Including eating on the sofa. Notify us of any broken or missing items or of any repairs needed. Often, we don't know unless our guests tell us. Leave it how you found it (see check out procedures) Please remember our cleaning policy: It is the guest's' responsibility to the leave the cabin as they found it. Excessive cleaning will be charged against your deposit at $70/hr with a 1-hour minimum. Excessive cleaning is considered anything beyond changing bed linens, laundering linens, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning the bathroom(s) and putting away clean dishes. All appliances, including the oven, should be left clean. No Cooking or cleaning Crab in the house. Please observe the rules and process included in the PDF and guidebook. Proceeding with the booking and check-in is an acknowledgment that you and your guests can comply with the rules and care of the property you are renting. Failure to do so may result in and early departure from the property and forfeiture of prepaid rents and fees.

You’ll have private access to the entire two-story townhouse during your stay, creating a comfortable and easy place to settle in and feel at home. Whether you’re curling up in the cozy living room, cooking a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, or enjoying a quiet moment out on the patio, the space is yours to enjoy at your own pace. Both bedrooms, all bathrooms, in-unit laundry, and living areas are available for your use. Parking is simple and convenient, with open parking typically right in front of the unit. You may notice a locked closet or storage bin during your stay, which are reserved for the owners and housekeeping. Everything else you need will be fully accessible and ready for you. We’ll send over clear access and check-in details before your arrival so everything feels smooth and stress-free from the start.
